Government Degree College, Kukatpally was established in the year 2008-09 to cater to the higher educational needs of the semi urban- rural area surrounding the Kukatpally. The college is affiliated to the prestigious Osmania University of Hyderabad.The college has been inculcating the most pragmatic and idealistic education to more than one thousand one hundred students In the wide spectrum of Science, Arts and Commerce, taught in English and Telugu media.

The Commissionerate of Collegiate Education, Telangana, a state government of Telangana initiative, is the administrative organ of all Government Degree Colleges in the state of Telangana.

The Government Degree College, Kukatpally is established in the year 2008 and adroitly working to meet the needs of students in the vicinity of Kukatpally and its surrounding environs. I have a brigade of highly competent teachers hailing from the different disciplines and well evinced academic calibre to disseminate the most contemporary tenets of education.

I take pride putting on record that the Placement Cell of my college has been providing impeccable synergies to the students by providing very sterling placement assistance.
